As part of the National University Health System (NUHS), the National University Heart Centre, Singapore (NUHCS) utilises the comprehensive training capabilities and facilities within the NUHS to develop their nurses within the needed knowledge and skills.

From training at Diploma level to Masters and even attainment of a Doctorate in nursing studies, the resources within the NUHS affords opportunities for nurses to become an important and integral part of a cardiovascular management team.

The specific groups of cardiovascular nurses occur through our comprehensive nursing programmes, and capitalising on unique set-up of our critical care nursing laboratory for simulated training. This helps to build a strong and capable team of nurses within our centre.
